I have received a defective mobile phone from amazon india. I requested for the replacement. Technicial visit was scheduled on next day. He checked the product and send report about the defectivity and said that it would be replaced. But the replacement was cancelled as the verification could not be updated due to technical fault. Next day the replacement was again cancelled by saying that the emei no. does not matched. They told me to return the product so i placed the return request for it, but it was cancelled. Atleast 5-6 times i’d placed the same return request but everytime a new pick up was scheduled and cancelled itself at the end. They are delaying my refund for Rs.12000. i want to return this product and want my money back.
