I had ordered 2 Laptop RAMs (Crucial 3200 DDR4 16 GB (Dual Channel) Laptop (CT16G4SFRA32A)) from Flipkart, order ID: OD126156956423122000 on 2 October 2022. I was in Pune, I ordered it to Amravati where is my permanent address. My mom received parcel, didn’t open it at the time of delivery, just kept it aside, so I come and open it. I came to Amravati (home) on 16 October 2022, I opened package, saw only one RAM. I raised complaint to Flipkart, they took it, I provided the documents that they asked me for, complain was opened for 2 or 3 days, then I got the message from flipkart saying “the package delivered was intact”. Yes the package delivered was intact, but I received only one RAM in that package, no one even checked the sellers side how many product he has sent. Who will do that? Who will take responsibility for that? Those two RAMs costed me 8088 Rs. including delivery (1 RAM cost 3999 Rs.). I did the same procedure again, called flipkart, they raised issue, same procedure and same output. Still didn’t get my money back for this one RAM that is missing.
