- Hello sir, Myself Jayraj jadhavrao from Malegaon bk, tal-baramati, dist–pune, Maharashtra, 413115. Firstly my recharg of 511 expired on 15/05/2019 , but next day (today) i want to send one sms through my number 8552996606 so i recharge it with rs10 , i get 7 rs talktime, i try to send sms bt it was failed, the i try another way by *111# on it i activated sms pack of rs 5 & it was activited & my 5 rs were deducted, but then also i cant send sms, its totally fraud, i contacted with complaunt helpilne by calling 198 bt they were helpless, so thaugth to mail you, so please refud my 5 rs, & i will shut down with Vodafone completly , its very fraud company, it shows sms plan have activated bt actually its not, its cheating with cotumers, firstly you shoud not give that sms plan on *111# helpline if you could not activate it, if you have not given me option i would hve not activated, bt you have given me option,so i activate it, its your fault totaly, take reaction on it, otherwise i will go to higher authority.
