Hi sr/madam,
I would like to bring this to your notice. I was mistakenly booked ticket in abhibus. After I realize I called to customer service ,they said no option to modify ticket. They are suggested to cancel my ticket with loss of money.
Please look in to it. They are cheating the customer rights.
