This is the address of the manufacturer Prassana, we had purchased an inverter battery which started causing the problem soon after some months of usage, we approached Prasanna for service which he willfully refused to provide me as well as one more consumer (Ganesh) his dealer and himself playing with buyers not providing services making false stories of the product specification harassed a lot for more than 6 months of follow up. He failed to comply upon legal notice served to him, they are the worst, not reliable service providers.
