I had taken a loan from Ampire Finance Salary Setu operated by Naman Finlease Private Limited. Due to a genuine financial emergency I informed the company in advance and requested a short extension while clearly confirming my intent to repay.
Despite this the company has engaged in unacceptable and unlawful recovery practices. I have been continuously harassed through repeated calls and messages using threatening and intimidating language.
More seriously the company has accessed my personal and professional contacts without consent and has contacted my employer and other individuals. Emails and calls have been made to them disclosing my personal loan details which has severely damaged my reputation and caused mental harassment.
