Text of Complaint by Rachana Srivastava:

I ordered a kurti from the Instagram page and it’s was XS in size and I got a delivery of different kurti of XXL size and before ordering the kurti, I asked about their return policy and it was within 15 days of the delivery. Since the time they accepted my return request, they are not replying to my messages and nobody has collected the order and I’m yet to receive my refund.
