Hi Team,
I have taken loan of 5000rs from this APP (Go Rupee)and as per app rules need to pay the amount with in 7 days and i done the payment on 8th june from PAYTM but payment got strucked and status showed as Pending at paytm app.. I Told the same thing with the guy who is contacted me through whats app but he dint listen to me and used volgour language so i paid the amount through phonepe again and he told that if he get 5000rs to his account he will refund the amount..After two days i got alert from paytm that amount was credited to beneficiary account and i contacted through mail to this app to refund the amount but there is no response from them and i have given every proof what they asked me through mail but they dint responded about my refund…Again I taken loan of 7000rs with the same Go Rupee this time i dint paid but the guy who contacted me through forced me to pa the amount by giving his UPI id(this is my mistake), And the very next day again app people called me for pay the amount of 7000rs so i paid and he said if he get extra 7k then he will refund the amount but that also not happens till now…ALL the details are attached plz check and kindly tell them to refund my amount.
