We booked an ride with ola cabs and a driver has accepted it after entering into cab he was very rude and we asked him to switch on AC and he said you have booked non ac cab so there won’t be AC and he said there are no Ac cabs in Ola and he said It is SUV so we cant allow more than 5 people we took an hourly package for an hour and he was very very rude and he was taking a long route to destination as it was a hourly package and when we asked about it he said if you dont qant to go on this route you can get down and made us to get down with our 5 month baby this was this worst experience in my life .He came in different cab and the cab registered was different.
