I ordered a sofa on Flipkart – Bharat Lifestyle Lexus Fabric 3 Seater Sofa (Finish Color – Dark Grey, DIY(Do-It-Yourself)) – It was delivered Damaged. The package is damaged and the sofa material is torn as well.I immediately asked for a replacement. but still the product is lying in my home, without replacment. Flipkart just rejected my replacment request twice..
