I ordered online this sneakers from a website name ‘brandmaart’ on 28th of July and I receive that order by August 4th although when I opened it, i was shocked because inside the package was a very low-class shoes and a lady bottom.
I’m humbly requesting you, please help me and solve my problem. I almost spent last month’s savings of mine in order to buy those shoes. So all I want is my money back.

I ordered a pair or sneakers for about 3500rp
a week ago. Today 6th august i received the package, when i opened the bag there was a ladies slippers which was not at all near to what i bought. And now i’m trying to contact them but they are not replying.
if in any way I can get my money back please let me know.
