The website boatsounds.in had held a sale of electronics products on February 21, 2023. After checking the website properly I thought it was legitimate and decided to buy boAt airpods 181 and boat matrix smartwatch for a total price of Rs. 634. PFA the screenshot of the same. However,today when I opened the website, it said Store Not available and there is no way to contact them. This is clearly a scam.
I had made the payment though my SBI debit card and the payment gateway was from Razorpay. I want refund from Razorpay. I had also provided my phone number and email address. Now I’m afraid that they might misuse these details and access my bank account.
