Text of Complaint by Tejinder Singh Sumbria:

I saw an ad on Instagram about a food restaurant named as “Dara Singh’s Kulchas”, in which a person (who was finalizing the order in the said restaurant) claiming that he is offering one free Kulcha on a purchase of one Kulcha and 50% discount on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The offer attracted my attention to which I went to his restaurant today (Thursday) and ordered an “Alloo Kulcha” which in the restaurant is named as “Alloo Singh”. I paid the amount on the cash counter via my UPI ID @14:33pm. After one and half hours long wait my order was about to get packed he didn’t have alloo kulcha so he asked if he can give me a paneer kulcha instead of the Alloo Kulcha to which I agreed but shortly after my order got packed, I suspected that the box of the Kulcha wasn’t big enough for two Kulchas. I opened the box and saw there is only one Kulcha in the box, to which I approached the same person who was claiming to offer buy one get one free kulcha. He said there is no free kulcha, we are only offering 50% discount today. I returned back to his response and felt cheated. He is offering alloo kulcha at rs. 107 after applying 50% discount on it. At approx this much cost one can have two Kulchas somewhere else with better taste than theirs. I felt cheated and request you to investigate in the matter as soon as possible so that he won’t be able to scam someone else in the name of false advertisement.
