Text of Complaint by Pritam Saha:

I have tried to make a recharge through my phonepe account, which is opened through the number +91-72786-25055 to a jio number +91-74493-19441 last night. The recharge was taking a long time after deducting amount from my bank, then I raise a ticket due to the same, and get a automated reply that Jio takes 48 hours to confirm a recharge, and their is also written that if the recharge is not done even after the said time then to reply the ticket. Now there is showing that the recharge got failed, but I still didn’t received any refund against my deducted money, so I made a reply again against the ticket but still get no response from their team. The transaction ID of that recharge is N1904012047343795854051
