I book a phone that is Asus Zen phone max M1 blue 32GB on 18 September app shows the phone will be delivered till 22 September. In 22nd September phone get out of delivery but no body call me for delivery. Next day 23/09 product not showing out of delivery and again 24/09 also not showing out of delivery. Then I called on Flipkart customer service they ask me that I write a complaint about your product and it will be delivered till 27 September 7:00 pm but same my product not delivered. And I got a call from flipkart some one says that your phone is out of stock so cancel your order and give a fresh order. I says how it’s possible 22 September you are saying it’s out of delivery and now it’s out of stock. Then they says our logistics problem so please cancel your order.
Now dear team I am in trouble about my phone and waiting prosess. I want from Flipkart kindly pay for flipkart mistake about waiting for phone and after that they says that cancel your order.
