I ordered a gift set from Amazon which was delivered to me without any seal on the gift set , the gift set was already opened and the shower gel was missing from there plus there were finger stains inside the box so i requested amazon to provide me a refund or replacement but they have denied me to provide any of that as according to their investigation the product was delivered to me in intact condition so they are not listening to me at all , i have even mailed this issue to amazon twitter account, amazon india CEO and jeff besos himself but no help is provided to me yet . I need you to help me out in this case
