The complaint is regarding a fraud telegram channel named “Xenom Customs” which is asking us the money to be sent and not sending the products. I ordered for a phone and was asked to pay an advance amount of ₹1200. I paid as per the instruction via paytm and they sent an SMS about thet0 tracking details. After that they have asked to pay the rest amount so that they could start with the shipping. Then there was no reply from them once they received the advance amount. Then I checked for the contact no. so that I could ask about the details but there was no contact displayed in the profile… They are such a cheat. I think more and more people should be aware about the fraud works they are doing… It’s a kind request from my side to please investigate on this issue and return the amount which I hv paid
