Subject: Consumer Complaint Against Amanda Mall – Urgent Intervention Required

I am writing to bring to your attention a grave matter of financial misconduct perpetrated by Amanda Mall, an online platform that purportedly facilitates financial transactions and investments. My name is Riyasat, and I am the victim of a significant financial loss due to the deceptive practices of Amanda Mall.
I invested 1 lakh rupees in good faith, trusting Amanda Mall as a legitimate platform. Unfortunately, the company initiated a system upgrade, as communicated to users, which was supposed to temporarily affect withdrawal services. However, following this upgrade, the Amanda Mall website has been inaccessible for over a month.
Despite my attempts to seek assistance through their Telegram channel, there has been no response. To exacerbate the situation, withdrawal options were only available for a brief two-day window, after which all funds were arbitrarily blocked. This has resulted in a severe financial setback for me and my family, who come from a modest background.
I hereby request the Honorable Consumer Court to urgently investigate this matter and take necessary actions against Amanda Mall for their fraudulent activities. I believe in the principles of justice and trust that the Consumer Court will ensure a fair and swift resolution to this issue.
