Text of Complaint by Shashi Bhushan:

I had ordered a mobile phone on flipkart. My order number is OD126250305066688000. It got delivered on 15th of October. Once i opened the packet my mobile was there. While trying power on the mobile it didn’t on. I tried several time but it didn’t turn on. As per return policy i went to Motorola authorized service center named janak communication, faridabad. He checked the mobile and refused to return and exchange. They said the phone is already registered and out of warranty. However i have purchased a brand new phone. After getting rejected i contacted to flipkart customer care and raised my issue. They raised a return id and said the phone will be returned back ans i got all my refund. On 17th of October flipkarts pick up man came to my address and refused to collect the phone. I again raised my complaint to flipkart and stated all my concern. They said we will pick the phone by 21st of oct. Yesterday morning i got a message from flipkart that my return request is cancelled. My return id is 12102627045998185711. I again raised my complaint to flipkart but non the less i didn’t get any solution yet. It been 5 days.. kindly helo me out
