I have ordered a OnePlus Bullet Wireless Z2 headphone from Flipkart on 30 July 2022, this product delivered to me on 2 August 2022 in damaged condition so I have applied for the replacement of the product on that day, On 07 August 2022 wish master come to me for replace the damaged product with the new product but he said to me that this product is damaged I can’t pickup and replace the product and also said contact the Flipkart Customer Care
I have complaint many times to Flipkart but they don’t gave me any solution.They gave me only dates, when I call them after the date period is completed they said to me that I am registering a new complaint and you will wait . They don’t gave me any replacement or refund since 7 August 2022
