i had ordered for a redmi neckband on 7th of June and it’s delivered on 11th of june. when i opened the box the neckband was defeated/broken, divided in so many pieces. At the same time i raised a replacement ticket. Now they Rejected the ticket. If i am giving money for the product then it’s his responsibility was that then give me right product. Not the damaged product.
