I have ordered a 4 shirt from hewear for 1200 on 26/05/2023 they were sent old used 2 clothes soo please refund my as soon as possible thanks you

I have order 5 shirts combo cotton oxford with he wear on 28 June 2023 but yesterday I have received my order only 2 shirts are found in packet and both are useless and proper defective. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
