I was bought a Samsung smart watch 4 lte 44mm from flipkart (21Aug2023). when it comes with battery issues ( battery drain) or overheating problem. Samsung & flipkart claim this product battery back up 40 hour but when i use this product this device 6 to 7 hour battery backup. When i call the flipkart Coustmer care for return. he say i cant return your products because my flipkart company follow Samsung policy. So you can contact Samsung Coustmer care or go Samsung service center. Then i speak why i go to Samsung service center when i deal with you.lastly i go Samsung Service Center. He update my watch but problems not solve. Again i call flipkart Coustmer care he say send me a job sheet. I was send job sheet of flipkart. Then he say not refund your products please again contact Samsung Service center. Again go Samsung Service Center the care say i was change your battery or not help any other issues. what can i do now please give me justice.
