Paid Rs.1100 for Shatabdi Chair Car ticket. We booked Shatabdi because it’s supposed to be fully air conditioned but A/C in our compartment (C9) is not working. Our seats were at the very end of the car and stinking of food garbage and nearby toilets. We book Shatabdi because of its brand promise but ended up with a headache and wasted money.
