I placed an order that is, one dress (order#51330) on the 5th of July 2020 at stylofebric.in. They sent a message and an email mentioning that I will receive my order on the 15th of July. But there have been no proceedings till now. Also, the website is not opening. I also sent a mail to the given Gmail id. That Gmail id is stylofebric00@gmail.com. But there is no reply.
Since the cash on delivery option (COD) wasn’t available I have already done the payment through internet banking. They haven’t shared any kind of Tracking ID to the packages. If the website is a fraud I need the money back or my package.
I have paid Rupees 360 for the dress. The total amount is Rupees 360. I need the amount to be refunded.
