My JIo giga fiber I’d 299936300469 has been discontinued as I have shifted and it is not available at my current location.

So as promised by Jio Gigafiber, refund was to be issued within 45 days.

But its over 3 months still refund has not been issued and i have reached multiple times to them via call / email but still have not receive a satisfactory reply.

Please help.
