I was trying to recharge on 20th Jan 20222 8:19 Am through paytm linked bank, I mistakenly sent Rs 598.40 to Jio@citybank and the recharge was not successful the amount is deducted, nor i get any refund back, Transaction Upi ref no. 202026569270, please have a look at the screenshot i have attached. I belong from a poor family and i want my money Refund. Please help someone my humble request.
