Sir, my order was placed by mistake but after cancelling my order the cancellation fees charged to me was equal to the total amount of food I ordered that is Rs 160.
I shared my concern to one of the zomato’s agent he told me that due to the policy. But that’s not fair to cut whole amount I gave to be charged.
Please help me .
