I have lost sim card in the month of Nov and I paid that time whatever outstanding amount is pending cleared then I called to customer care for deactivation sim card Vodafone executive told me that it will be deactivate …later then are sending bills without using sim card they are start calling sending me mails on daily basis..then also I told somany executive to deactivate sim no one is not bothering to help to deactivate sim card they are only bother about bill amount…here my question is with using sim card why I should pay the bill…if it is there mistakes…10 of this month I received one mail saying that you can pay only 400rs sim will get deactivate ..I paid without delay.. again yesterday I received Feb month bill what kind of service they are giving really I don’t understand being in service industry …..my sincere request is I want to deactivate sim card I will not pay any amount …I don’t want to get calls from Vodafone I’m already irritate because this worst Vodafone service…
