Hi,

My friend has changed the plan 99 for SIM number 9986697976 active in other country 3 months back. But still it not get updated. We are paying 500,600 like this from past 3 months.

We have called to customer care, they are saying that they can’t change the plan.

Please do the needful. Now currently my friend is in CANADA.  She can’t talk that’s  why i’m raising this compliant .
