Dear Airtel Team,
Thanks for calling back regarding my below enquiry.

Below is the message received after the complaint was raised.
Thank you for reaching out to us. Your Service Req. No. CONRC3BLR20220613963981 has already been raised for your Airtel No. 9972931923, registered on 13-jun-2022 11:08. Please expect an update from our team by 15-JUN-22. To track the status of the same, click https://i.airtel.in/trckrqst
Details of recharge done: Hi, Payment of Rs. 179.0 done via Credit Card has been processed. Order Id: 6939833415383449600. You will receive the order confirmation within 4 hrs. Please keep the Order ID for future reference.
Status of the complaint when we check over AIRTEL THANKS APP shows as REQUEST CLOSED, however benefit was neither credited nor the transaction was reversed to my bank account.

Have been following up since 13 June 2022 however no resolution was provided in the matter in spite of registering multiple complaints over AIRTEL THANKS APP and reaching out over voice calls to customer care on 198 for several times.
Call back received from the following number +91 9003762329 today dated 18 June 2022 twice at 11:48 A.M. and 12:59 P.M. who spoke to me very rudely and in a highly unprofessional manner. The lady who spoke to me over the call doesn’t seem to have basic knowledge about how to attend to the query and resolve the issue.
And today I am surprised to hear the following from one of your executives who called me back.,
1. RECHARGE WAS NOT DONE- If recharge was not done on the said date i.e., 7 June 2022 why will I receive confirmation from AIRTEL- Please answer my query, screenshot attached for your reference.
2. TRANSACTION NOT REFLECTING TO AIRTEL- Banker is not going to return my money since it is credited to AIRTEL- Axis Bank has already instructed me to raise the complaint with merchant, enclosed bank screenshot confirming deduction of Rs. 179/- on the said date i.e., 7 June 2022.
3. IF RECHARGE WAS DONE TO SOME OTHER NUMBER- I am pretty sure recharge was done to my own number only, still if you say recharge was done to someone else’s number- I want AIRTEL to track and trace the said transaction since money is credited to AIRTEL Merchant only as per bank records, enclosed bank screenshot confirming deduction of Rs. 179/- on the said date i.e., 7 June 2022.
I am highly disappointed with the service levels of AIRTEL.
