Hello sir / Madam

With due respect I – (Mr Tariq )and my mom  ( Nilofar Hasnain) are one of the regular shoppers at Amazon owning prime membership for a year. But the horrifying experience as mentiined below has jolted us for ever only to be replaced with some immediate solution on your part.

On 16th oct 2020 we ordered dry fruits  worth Rs 7291 paying online  but got delivered product in a small envelope on 21st Oct worth Rs 205 only with the bill pasted over it worth Rs 7291.
The product delivery duly done was just almonds – 250 gms of Rs 205 only while on contrary we ordered products of 7 kg in total  (99% of the items mentioned below remained missing.)
Since its corona times we didnt attend delivery man and asked one of my housekeeper to attend it.
This includes (Missing items)
4 kg wallnut
1kg fig
1.75 kg almonds as 250 gms was delivered
Its our hard earned money and being senior citizen am distressed.
Pls look into the order and resolve our issue.
The order number is – 171-5500898-3084335 for the above mentioned items.
If unsolved the trust over Amazon would be lost for ever.
