Airtel Mobile payment not updated on MCH due to which JiO is not able to restart number as it was ported to JIO from airtel before 1month. I m without call since last 9days. I have made around 50 calls to airtel but no solution received. As per their Nodal office also, they have received payment which they confirmed on mail also but payment has to be updated on MCH which airtel has not done. Kindly help to resolve.
