I surrendered my connection on 5th August 2018 but still I am receiving bill and am being called to pay the bill. I was told that it was not closed at your end. It is not my fault. You please check that the Internet connection is not used after 4th August 2018.
Please do the needful at your end and please stop reminding me.
It will not be out of place to mention here that the amount outstanding on 4th August was fully paid.
