When I purchased my idea sim , it is given with lifetime validity. Now they are saying my outgoing validity expired but I have sufficient balance in my account. They are doing so that so a customer recharge whether he needs it or not to increase their profits. This is wrong and not acceptable. I personally request all users in India either go for Airtel, BSNL and Jio but not with idea/voda. They are cheating. 8527055260
