I have recharged my Vodafone number at 10.01 am today. PFA the receipt for your reference. The Vodafone services are not yet activated. Please address this asap for me.
I called customer care @9830098300. I was informed that the recharge not done. it will be refunded in 7 to 9 working days. I requested I will have to use the number ASAP as this is my official number. I was told to recharge again.
Accordongly, I have recharged for the second time my Vodafone number at 10.42 am today. I did this as per suggestion from Vodafone helpdesk number 9830098300 today. PFA the receipt for your reference. The Vodafone services are not yet activated. Please address this asap for me.
I called customer care @9830098300 again. I was informed that the recharge not done again. it will be refunded in 7 to 9 working days. I requested I will have to use the number ASAP as this is my official number. I was told that they will file the complaint for me and someone from Vodafone will reach me in 10-15 minutes timeline… but that did not happen.
I called customer care @9830098300 for the third time and repeated the history all over again. I was informed they cannot register a complaint for me on the recharge faux pas that they have done. I was interacting with Mr. Alam and mentioned that I wanted to talk to floor manager. He kept me on hold for 42 minutes and I had to disconnect post that.
Currently in lock down state I have disbanded from internet connectivity and communication with least help from the service provider.
Please help my state.
