Hello All,
This is my 4g hotspot post-paid connection number 7604046574 and last one year I am using the connection.Actully I have activated the post-paid connection for my office work purpose only. Since the actvation the conncetion is not working properly and –
1)Sometime datacard speed is very slow even getting timeout error to opening the airtel home page
2)Regular basis : after using 1-2 hours datacard got hang and all lights are automaticly on and datacard will not till the restart (after remoed the attery)
Due to this impacting my day to day office work and delayed to deliver my project.
This not a first time I am reaching to you bcoz several times I contaced you in twitter, coustomer care & airtel shop, but no luck. Whenever I reaching to them for permanet sloution always suggested that –
1) Remoeve battery & SIM card from the 4g hotspot
2) Reset the device
3) Sometime device is connected with laptop but webpage is not opening
or
4) Sometime sent technical engnieer to my place and check the network strength.
Serveral times I have asked for replace the device but no one care about that and suggest/perfrom the factory reset and handover to me for use.
Serveral I have raised the incidents for this issue and few incident has been resloved without taking any action. There is one incident 31506382631708 which is opened sereval month back and still incident is in opened state, whenever I contact for update and always said that team is working on the incident but no one contacted me for this incident. I am really fed-up with your service and I need permant solution.
I would request you to kindly check the issue priroty basis and let me know when I can expect the issue can be resloved.
