Ordered watch through the online store, my order number #2782. I have paid the full amount in advance. After I received the delivery the product is not what they are showing on the advertisement and it’s a cheap copy. I have already filled in the refund/return request but there is no answer from that point onward.

Sir i have taken watch from 7eleven shopee online site but when it came to my house it is another one and i have done full payment since they mention 7days it goes around 11days now and refund has not come
Same story ! https://7eleven-shope.in is using Gokiwi.in payment gateway from Punjab state and has scammed thousands of people with multiple / ads / website & . Modus operandi remains same . Show ads of Apple Watch 9 on FB/IG ads and send them a dummy plastic watch via Bluedart parcel . We need immediate action . Gokiwi Must be having the name of the owner & contact details to get him nabbed .
