6 Parts Replaced on Brand New Classic 350 in 2 Months — Still Not Fixed — Manufacturing Defect

Review/Complaint Body:

I purchased a Royal Enfield Classic 350 Stealth Black on 18 April 2026 from Uma Riders Pvt Ltd, Sector 101, Noida. The bike is not even 2 months old with just 1244 km on the odometer.

Within the first month itself the engine warning light came ON and the bike started refusing to restart after riding for just 10-15 minutes in hot weather. I would get stranded every time I switched the engine off. Once I was at a traffic signal with a 180 second timer — my bike stalled and would not restart. People behind me were continuously honking and I had to push my brand new Royal Enfield for nearly 200 meters on a busy road. The embarrassment and helplessness I felt that day cannot be described.

Since then here is what has been replaced by the dealer — and NONE of it has fixed the problem:

1. Gasket Cover LH — NOT FIXED
2. Fuel Pump Assembly — NOT FIXED
3. Throttle Body — NOT FIXED
4. Injector — NOT FIXED
5. Alternator — NOT FIXED
6. Magnetic Coil — Currently being attempted

This is clearly a manufacturing defect. A 1244 km brand new motorcycle should NEVER need 6 major parts replaced.

I have sent 5+ emails to Royal Enfield support and received nothing but copy-paste generic responses every single time. No senior person has called me. No root cause has been identified. No resolution has been provided.

I have already filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline — Docket Number 9509376. If this is not resolved I will be filing a formal case at the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gautam Buddha Nagar.

I am demanding a complete replacement of my motorcycle. Royal Enfield has failed me as a customer completely.
