Vodafone net company in Turkey, completely lack of qualities an internet service provider should have all around the world besides technical qualification is not even qualified at all just lack of professional technical equipment. Specially at this age of network and communication Era. I live one of the biggest city of Turkey, Istanbul. Our network services mostly perfect and over 10 we can say 7, 8 etc quotations for Telecome Turkey, Turkcell, etc. 1 and half years ago I have decided using Home internet services of Vodafone because I was using mobile services of Vodafone which quite giving good services and recepting anywhere when I was traveling abroad. First year everything was great and I moved an other address and since then I try to transport internet of Vodafone but I can’t. I still pay every month bills they sent but still they can’t transport line account to my new address. During home working processs these pandemic days I was completely in difficult situations because of this. And Vodafone INternet home services was not giving me a proper answer why they couldn’t install it. Each time they were telling me we could’t reach you, we will install it etc.
After talking to some lawyers they advised and decided lead me to sue company in an international platform for consumer rights. During pandemic people who work from home like me definitely need internet services and you can imagine situations I got. Thanks god I have been recording our calls with costumer services since January 2021 and I had quite proof what I have been living through in it. Still my installation is not there. And advisers decided suing from UK Courts for Vodafone International. As a consumer where ever on World your are never give up of your rights, specially this kind of Corporate companies before sell services perfect but after sell their services just lack of quality and empathy at all.
