Made online application for airtel X stream Fiber. A representative from company namely ashish (Mob. No. 9717995478 & 9695678031) contacted on 05.09.2020 and prompted me to pay 6 months advance as booking amount to claim wifi router worth 2000/- absolutely free. I made online payment of Rs 6543/- to airtel vide txn id 905858760. Application no. 05322015091. I was assured that connection shall be installed within 3 days. However I m still waiting and the technician now informs that installation cannot be done because boxes are still to be laid down. Kindly resolve the issue.
