I have recharged my Prepaid SIM (8235528355) with the Airtel Rs. 3599 Yearly plan with trust in service. Today while doing WFH on a critical project The 5G internet in my phone suddenly stopped working from 2 PM. Already contacted many times with customer care (198) , still no solution. My work is being affected and I am not getting the service for which I have paid.
