Text of Complaint by Yogendra Singh:

The product was purchased through Flipkart on 30 april, installation done on 5 May and from 14 may onward it is not working due to power supply.

Multiple times we raise this concern with brand and flipkart also, but still we have not received any positive solution from both sides.
Engineer has visited twice but not given any job sheet/denying letter which required to flipkart for return process.

We need refund as it’s already pending more than 30 days.
