Text of Complaint by Prashant Waje:

On 5 th December 2023 at 11:02:34 am I have transferred money to 1xBet app using deposit method bank transfer new. Amount Rs.50,000 transferred to below account –

Account Name – SANVI CORPORATION
Account Number – 257359121452
IFSC – INDB0000023

Today it’s 07th Dec 2023 05:00 pm IST.
Usually deposit takes 15-30 minutes but this time deposit is not credited to my wallet. Amount has been transferred successfully to SANVI CORPORATION and I have provided all below details to 1xBet Teams as they requested –
1. Snapshot of Transaction
2. Bank Statement
3. Bank Email confirmation
4. Transaction Details

I have raised an email request also for this case but no one responding with solution on this and repeating same messages on chat support. Attaching bank statement, bank email copy , transaction snapshot here for your reference.

Email ticket number raised with 1xBet team are – 49776624 , 49925413

I request you to please look into this matter and deposit money to my wallet or refund it. As I am really disappointed and frustrated with the support provided.

  2. yes same issue here they ask for KYC after i deposit now i can’t make any withdrawal my money still there, before i wasn’t asked to do kyc and smooth transaction , have ur problems solved bro ?
