This is highly disappointing that my 4g sim with number 9038670113 was working perfectly fine till 22nd May (two days after the cycloan Amphan) but stopped working thereafter with a sign showing invalid sim. I waited for network coverage as I thought the service was interrupted due to the aftereffect of the cycloan but that was not the case. I tried inserting the sim in another smartphone thinking that its the problem of my handset but it did not work in that phone either. Thereafter i tried inserting it in a normal keypad phone and was astonished to see that it’s working absolutely alright with full network coverage. I feel my sim card’s capacity has been tampered on purpose by airtel so that i change the sim to buy a new one. I would also like to add that this is the second time I am facing this issue, I have already changed my sim once due to the same issue. I hold airtel solely responsible for this problem and demand a solution for the same, this cannot go on, it takes quite a fair amount to buy a new sim and I am not willing to pay that amount twice in a year because my airtel sim suddenly became non-functional overnight. Do look into the matter and reply as soon as possible before I take this matter to the higher Authorities or even worse, the social media
