Hi Team,
This is to bring to your notice that Airtel is loosing their loyal customers by providing low grade service,
I am Swapnil Chavan (Mob no – 8082591213) living in Thane. I am using Airtel since year 2008. I am facing issue with my new 4G sim and Airtel customer care is failed to resolve it. They only sent me the e-mails saying your issue is resolved but still it is not resolved.
I have switched my sim card 2G to 4G on 21st Dec 2018 from Airtel gallery near teen hath naka Thane. The executive did the formalities & told me new 4G sim will activated in next 4hrs. I was waiting till 24 hrs but 4G was not activated. Then I called to customer care (121) & registered my complaint regarding 4G activation. Customer care executive told me that it is already activated as per their system records. However, he gave me assurance that if I am not able to use 4G then this issue will be resolved in 48 hours. I called again to 121 post 48 hours because issue was not resolved. Now this time another executive was looked into my issue & gave me assurance that my issue will be resolved in 72 hours. This cycle is still going on from last week, I have discussed my same issue with more than 12 customer care executive & their seniors. Every time discussion went 30 min to 1 hr time. 2 weeks back (28th Dec 2018 & 3rd Jan 2019) I had discussion with Mr Mahendra sir & he gave me assurance that he will be personally looking in this issue & resolve it ASAP. On 29th Dec 2018 I had discussion with Mr Rakesh sir. I explained him my 2 weeks frustration due to poor customer care service of Airtel.  He gave me assurance that my issue will be resolved ASAP. He give me complaint number – 89128731. Also, gave me nodal officer e-mail id. I am requesting you to look into this issue personally & resolve it ASAP. Also please give me root cause of this issue.

2G to 4G converted – 21st Dec 2018
Old Sim No (2G) – 8991921402004030314F
New Sim No (4G) – 8991000901392708435U
Issue: As per Airtel customer care system My 2G is already deactivated & 4G is working fine. But I am not able to receive any call on 4G sim. It says number is switched off. However I am still able to receive call on 2G sim.My internet services & sms services are not working on 2G as well as 4G. But as per your customer care everything is working fine on my 4G sim. I am still using my 2G sim for incoming & 4G sim for outgoing call. both sims of same mobile number (i.e. 8082591213). You can read below e-mail chain for your reference.
Kindly request you to resolve my issue ASAP. Also, let me know in case you need any information from my side.
