1. I was complaint on 10th Jan 2019 for 4G network issue but still i am facing same problem SR number : (89261756) & every day i changes in my device manual settings for network even not getting speed , and it showing 4G symbol, but here you can see signal strength .that to not getting connecting Video call also ., because of your network fluctuation my device charging getting low very quickly.. problem with your network

2. Every day i am getting call from Airtel to give information like we are working on working on that but till now improve on this

3. some times we have done changes but no changes done at all , i was much irritate about calls from you without any proper solution calling every day

4. How many day’s it will take time to resolve , but no one say about time line, every work have one time line

omplaint date.,

7. I am paying monthly payment nearly from 900rs to 1000rs ., This amount not much to you peoples but i am suffering even we are paying this much amount but
services not getting properly .,

8. Last night (24–01-2019) i was requested for port ., & and i got call from your airtel (25-01-2019) who called don’t know her name , i was saying about my issue she was saying something like we will resolve then i was asked how many times it will take time she was unable to answer that and i asked to take supervisor will talk she was taken with whom don’t know that person saying directly you go and submit documents to port ., How she prudish i.,,,, Is this treat to customer., for this i was much dispointed with Airtel , we are paying bill along with TAX that to this much insult to us …,

9. i want to know it will resolve or not let us know .,

10. `This much worst network i never seen in any network .,

11. I have small doubt why you people giving false information to peoples regarding 4G network , that how TRAI accept this without any confirmation & without any testing i am saying this is too worst network in this country

12. you people are giving carry forward DATA for Post Paid customer’s that;s the reason only

13. Even i am unable to see youtube without buffering., and unable to send messages through whatsapp & hike and any social media

14. JIO is better then your network ., Not much charges any place can get signal’s .,

15. Not Only One Place every place same problem as per my conversion earlier with you peoples same problem but not yet resolve .,

16. One More thing , one of my friend visited Airtel offices which is located at Hyderabad Begumpet head office Lobby office he taken token as per system but there not in progress my friend token kept in hold and seeing another customer token who taken after him , i want to know what is this procedure
