hi this is Avinash from Gaya and my phone no. is 9006648743. This is my airtel no. but i don’t get proper internet speed. whenever i call to customer support they say that or networks are upgrading so please wait but today when i call to customer support then according to them there networks are upgrading so that’s why you are getting slow internet connection and it will be fixed till 8th February. when i said that date has been crossed then that agent had not any answer. and its not happening first time always it happens. clearly i can say that only 3-4 months Airtel internet speed works fine. kindly do something. I have also recorded call with the agent. if you need then i can provide.
