Earlier I have been using 4G data network successfully on my number. Recently, it shows only Edge. The mobile handset has been checked as works fine with other sim. The sim in question does not show 4G even on other handsets.
I made complaint in this regard on 3rd January. But today the complaint was closed without resolving the issue.
Customer care system is too bad to allow me to talk to executive there.
