I am using 4g sim when vodafone is started 4g service . I am postpaid customer and I pay monthly bill near about 1500rs every month and I am using 4g network from when 4g came but from that time to this time my 4g data lost everytime but your company vodafone is never provided 4g network, in my sim 3g internet is running only, I have complaint 10 times in customer care but issue is not resolve and when I go to vodafone outlet they have change sim twice times but 4g internet is not running in my sim. My handset is samsung s8+ that supports 4g and here 4g network have very good signal but your company is cheating me and never provide 4g network . If my problem is not resolve in 3 days I vo fill police report against your company and people who interacted with me while calling to customer care I saved recording and complaint number what given by your company time to time. I will port my sim
